By accessing or using Mappy AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Mappy AI on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old and able to form a binding agreement to use Mappy AI.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Acceptable use
- Do not upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on others’ rights.
- Do not attempt to access other users’ data or disrupt the service.
- Do not reverse engineer or misuse the service in a way that violates applicable laws.
Your content
You retain ownership of the files, links, and mindmaps you upload or create. You grant Mappy AI a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide and improve the service.
AI outputs
AI-generated responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, especially for academic, legal, medical, or financial decisions.
Plans, billing, and cancellations
Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Service availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service to improve performance or comply with legal requirements. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice of material changes.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Mappy AI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mappy AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
